What is the best part of your day: Laughing at the hilarious office antics which surround me on any given day (often times including laughing at myself).
What was your favorite vacation ever taken: It’s really a tie which is surprisingly simple: My honeymoon with my wife Cindy almost 25 years ago in Charleston S.C and a decade later a 2 week family vacation at Myrtle Beach back when our 3 kids (grown now) were toddlers. The great thing is that spending vacation time with all of my family really keeps getting better and better as the years progress.

What type of work do you do in a typical day: Lots and lots of emailing and planning to get all the performers safely on the ship and to their soundchecks, performances, autograph sessions, etc.!
What is the best part of your day: It's a tie between waking up and "commuting" to my living room for work and when my husband and I go walking around one of the beautiful lakes here!

What was your favorite vacation ever taken: The K-Love cruise to Grand Turk which could have only been better if I had someone to share it with me. The food, friends, tropics and music were a perfect combination for a music lover.

What type of work do you do in a typical day: I Typical day? I'm still waiting to have one, but until then my regular day usually consists of talking to group leaders and working on ways to increase their groups. I spend a good bit of time talking with my group leaders, encouraging them and asking how we can help them build the best groups ever. When I'm not on the phone, you'll find usually find me emailing or updating our cruise facebook status. There's nothing typical about my day, but it's the unpredictability that I love.
What is the best part of your day: all of it -- but that's a copout isn't it? I love the beginning of the day when the to-do list looks manageable and all is right with the world. I also love working with my group leaders -- it's fun and it's challenging. I want to bring them exciting new ideas they can use to get the word out about the cruises. I want to create resources that are easy to use and innovative, but above all that I want to make sure my group leaders are having a great time being a group leader. It's all about the fun -- after all it's a cruise we're talking about and that's fun stuff.
What was your favorite vacation ever taken: My favorite? Yikes, that's like asking me to pick my favorite child. I love the mountains with my hubs and I love Disney with the family. I LOVE the Girl's Get A Way Cruise! Love it. All girls, all the time!
What is a special talent that you have: I'm feeling a little insecure here.... I don't have any special talents? I love to sing, but it's truly not a talent, in fact most people call it torture. I can't juggle and really don't see the need to learn. I never could do the splits and I can't whistle through my nose or anything. I'm really good at managing multiple facebook accounts and twittering while I work. Is that a special talent? I'm not sure, but I'm claiming it as one. Social media juggler! That's me.

What is your favorite verse and why: Romans 8:28—“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” This verse has become a favorite of mine since a close friend’s daughter was diagnosed with leukemia at 3 years old. Although she is going through something bad and hard, I have seen God work miracles in her life and those around her. So God is working good into something that seems bad.
