Q. How long have you worked with Premier on promoting concerts and events in your area? What do you think the two organizations have in common?

A. WAJS has worked with Premier Productions and the Foundation for 6 to 7 years now. I'm having a brain lapse trying to remember. We have so much in common. We most importantly have one mind, one Spirit, and we are always in one accord. Unity in the fellowship of God is what best describes our ministry relationship.

Q. What is happening at WAJS right now? Is there anything you'd like to promote?

A. WAJS is getting ready for ShoutFest in Columbus, MS. for Labor Day Weekend and then we are preparing for the "LifeSong Tour" w/Casting Crowns on Saturday, October 15th at the Bancorp South Center in Tupelo. We also have a Winter Jam date scheduled for March of 2006. WAJS is also involved in Christian Music Skate Nights where we average 400-500 skating and enjoying the presence of God. WAJS is a part of local, regional, and nationwide events. There is never really a month that goes by without us involved in ministry; I guess we will just get rest when we get to heaven because there is so much that still needs to be done. There are no limits to God if He chooses to use us.

Q. What do you think makes your radio station a favorite of people in Tupelo and the surrounding area? What makes your station unique?

A. I think people in this region believe WAJS is real and relevant. We attempt to not get caught up in the fluff and stuff of the industry. It's not about the industry but Ministry. The industry gets the privilege of working in the ministry. WAJS is real and genuine. We focus on reaching people at the level of their needs. I believe these thoughts would be echoed if you took a poll of the “All Jesus Station” family. There is no wavering in what we believe. That's what makes us unique.

Q. Is there anything else you'd like to say?

A. We’d just like to encourage everyone to press on no matter what you’re dealing with in life. We live in a spiritual battle and the battle belongs to the Lord. Psalm 91 says, "He that dwells in the secret place of the most high God; shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." Q. What's the name of the Bible Interactive DVD? What's that all about?

A. Bible Trivia Game by BEqual. It is awesome. I played a demo version with my family the other day. It is being put out by the History channel. It is basically over 3,000 questions that are completely Bible trivia based. Best thing about it is BEqual has come up with it being interactive in the way that there are different levels of play: 5-8 years, 8-13 years ,and 14-adult. And the questions are based on the age group, which it gets easier if you miss questions or progressively harder as you get them right. It comes out the end of September and you can buy it anywhere board games are sold.

Q. Can you tell us about your release in November - title? How would you describe this latest work?

A. It is a live acoustic unplugged CD/DVD. It is called "Jeremy Camp Live Unplugged." It comes out Nov 8. It is 10 songs all from previous albums and a couple of worship songs. We have a 4-piece string section which added so much. I am so happy with it. Hopefully, everyone else will enjoy it. Totally different thing for me to do. Not as rockin.

Q. What's the most exciting thing that God is doing in your life right now?

A. God has pushed a reset button in my heart right now. God has done so much the past few years and things have been super-busy. So I had to take a step back and God showed me that it is truly about people coming to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. So God has shown me exactly what Melissa (my wife who passed away from cancer) had said that if only one person comes to Christ as a result of my death it will be all worth it. So, yeah, God is doing some exciting things for sure with this ministry.

Q. Any updates on your new wife and daughter?

A. My wife is going to do an album! We are getting ready to record it in December this year and it is coming out in Summer 2006. IT WILL BE AMAZING. Daughter is walking which is unbelievable. She is growing up so fast. She is such a happy baby. I miss her TONS when I am gone but we try to get my wife and Isabella out on tour as much as possible.

All the proceeds raised through the auction will benefit the Premier Foundation. Founded in 1999, the foundation is the charitable arm of the nearly decade-old Premier Group. The foundation’s purpose is to raise money and pour it back into “kingdom work” - other nonprofit, Christian groups whose mission is to spread the Gospel.

“We want to make a difference for all eternity,” said Gary Gentry, who along with Roy Morgan, founded the Premier Foundation. “The foundation is a way to continue making a difference for Christ long after we are gone.”
